The listing fee is $50 up to 90 days. Pro rata refund is not available if a listing is delisted.

SELFLISTINGS is not obligated to confirm the licensing status of any person claiming such licensure but is authorized to remove any poster claiming to be a licensed real estate agent/broker whose licensing cannot be established. It is the responsibility of the user of the SELFLISTINGS platform to confirm the licensing validity of any person claiming agent/broker status.
