All housing advertisements and listings on SELFLISTINGS.com must be made available on an equal opportunity basis. Users who post listings agree to comply with these laws and with the following standards:

1.   No Discriminatory Language – Listings may not contain any words, phrases, symbols, or images that express a preference or limitation based on a protected class. Examples include (but are not limited to) references to race, religion, sex, gender, disability, familial status, or national origin.
2.   Equal Access to Listings – Sellers, lessors, and agents must make properties available to all qualified persons without regard to protected status.
3.   Platform Moderation – SELFLISTINGS.com reserves the right to edit or remove any listing that appears to violate the Fair Housing Act or this policy, and may suspend or terminate user accounts that engage in discriminatory practices
