SELFLISTINGS accepts direct listings by property owners, and licensed real estate agents. A typical listing can be completed from the comfort of your home, and it takes only a few minutes to activate.
Listing information is limited to the property address, property type, commission to the buyer’s agent (if any), up to 10 photos, contact information, price, and links to property brochure, flyer and video.
The listing fee is $50 for a listing up to 90 days. Prorata refund is not offered if a listing is delisted.
